The initial meeting with Peter, the owner, was pleasant and informative. Many service providers "look good on paper" but then that is not reality. After just the initial cleaning, our reaction was: WOW!!
This was our first cleaning by The Cleaning Authority and we could not have been more pleased. Marta and Doris were meticulous in every detail of the cleaning. For example, I don't think our bathrooms have been this clean since they were new, it literally sparkled. Every area was given a great level of attention and detail. Thanks for a job well done! With service like this we will be long-term clients.

I do appreciate your comments, however in reviewing your account, it appears you have been a client since 2013 with over 56 cleanings with us and you have only ever had two concerns, both of which have come recently on 9/24 and 11/5 of this year. Conversely, we have more 'great job' comments on file from your wife than these two concerns. I understand your frustration as your wife stated you were not in the country when the cleaning occurred and she wanted to have it completed prior to your arrival. We did offer to rearrange a time to correct the situation for when it would be convenient for your wife. Situations like what you experienced is highly unusual and we do like to make up for any mistakes, but please remember that employees are all human. We have taken measures to ensure that the team that had been providing your cleaning had some enhancement training to ensure that our system is properly followed and they are double-checking their work. Our reputation is that of being an excellent service provider and we intend to do our best to keep it that way. I should mention also that in the three years we have been cleaning for you, we have never introduced a price increase to you, and that may actually be a small part of the problem. Generally, when a team is spending significantly more time in the home than the pricing would approximate, we would make adjustments. Most of our clients in the past 2-3 years have seen little, if any, price increases. Based on our average time spent in your home, your pricing should reflect an approximately 16% higher price. It is possible that through either the condition of the home when the team arrives, aggressive pricing causing a more time-constrained schedule, or both, that the team may have been rushing a bit to get through their schedule and thus, causing the quality issues. Again, this is highly unusual, but as a service provider whom truly cares about their clients, we will do everything in our power to make sure to make things right. If you do feel the need to find another service provider, we will most certainly be disappointed, but will respectfully understand.
