It took a long time. There were weather problems and gas line problems but they got it done and we haven't had any problems with it. I was not very pleased with the way they handled my yard and shrubbery.

Basement of 90 year old house with a tile block foundation has leaked for years.  I investigated exterior and interior approaches.  Not everyone was willing to take it on.  This company gave a reasonable estimate.  A discount for pay up front.  They arrived when they said they would and worked in a prfessional manner.  Twic when issues arose the supervisor was called and showed up promptly and resolved the issue.

They had to remove and landing and several stairs to access a portion of the perimeter.  I would have preferred some of the reconstruction of the landing be done with new materials but that was not specified in the contract and so we went with putting the original boards back in place.  Not a big problem.
They did patch a couple of places in the foundation, this was not in the contract but they did it.  They had never worked on basement constructed of tile block before.

No water in basement during the last 2 rains.

This was a 6 year long issue that we could not get anybody to solve. It seemed to work well after they got involved. The home owner?s builders warranty covered this and the company that they originally used. We used them because we had several different companies that we used for this work and either could not fix it or did not understand what the problem was. We noticed that the builders that were using them hadn?t had any problems with the work they did and were satisfied, so we decided to use them.
