Due to the high humidity through the summer and the heavy rains, we had a small amount of mold show up on a box in the basement. Contacted TN Mold Consultants and identified small amount of mold in rafters. The inspection was very thorough 3+ hours. The treatment took approximately 2 hours and the re-testing is yet to come.

If you have mold issues, this is the guy to see. He is all about preserving your health. He knows about the bad effects mold can have on your health, and wants people to be well. He sees it from that perspective. Their mold remediation is a totally natural process. It takes two hours, and you have to be gone for the rest of the day. You don't have to get rid of your furniture or clothing. They will come and figure out what is causing the mold, and then they can remediate the problem.

Problem solved. I did discover after they had done the treatment that they had not removed my furnace filter which soaked up a lot of the vapors before collapsing and allowing the fumes to circulate through the house.

The tips that he gave us about how to fix the leaks were right on. He saved us a couple of hundred dollars by telling us what needed to be fixed in terms of the plumbing. He made us feel a lot better about the house structurally. The cost for the inspection was $500 and they charged $1500 for the remediation/cleanup. They deducted the amount that we paid for the inspection, so we only had to pay a total of $1500 for the entire job. We were very impressed with this company and we would recommend them.

Treatment was simple - we just left and Tennessee Mold took care of everything else. The work was done in a natural and botanical way. Three fogs later we are withing safe levels and all major issues gone.

There are at least a dozen restoration companies in Knoxville but this one is the most professional of all of them. They deal with hospitals and clinics on a regular basis so we knew they do quality work. A great deal of this mold was behind the walls so they had to use a mold bomb. This kills all the mold in one treatment. They were extremely thorough in cleaning it off and also gave us a ten year guaranty. We have not seen any mold since this was done.
