We have used Jesse Katz of Tennessee Home Craft and Plumbing for many projects over the years and he is the BEST plumber in Knoxville. Most recently her replaced our water heater and two main water shut off valves. He is extremely knowledgable, prompt, courteous, and very fair priced. I especially like that he gives you a quote for the entire job that includes the parts and labor. He is extremely efficient and thorough!

It was fine.  The plumber that came in was really nice.  He was good.  I never had a plumber before so I have no idea it the price was right.

I called Jesse at 3:00 on Thursday and her arrived as promised at 4:00 on the same day.  He assessed the situation (We are selling our house and upon our home inspection was told we had a small leak in our main line in our crawl pace) and gave me a very reasonable quote.  He said he would have to purchase parts so he requested that he do the work the next morning at 9:00.  Jesse showed up at 8:30 (earlier was fine with me) and got to work right away.  We had one small glitch and he had to repair another fitting but he never requested additional payment even though he had to fix something else and had to go and get additional parts.
Jesse was professional, polite and never gave me the impression that he was doing anything other than quality work.  I will definitely be calling on him again when we move into our new home.

Jesse arrived when he said he would.  He was able to replace the handle in about five minutes.  The work he did on the original bathroom remodel is outstanding.  In addition to all of the fixtures he installed on the inside of the house (including a spa shower), he also installed a tankless water heater on the outside.  We are thrilled with his professionalism and obvious concern for his clients.  From now on, he will be our go-to plumber.
