She's wonderful and fantastic. I couldn't have asked for someone more willing and dedicated to help me and my husband find a home in such a short amount of time. She exceeded our expectation. The service did not cost us anything except our time and that was because the seller of the home paid her commission. When I first talked to her, it was when came to Tennessee one weekend looking for rentals. We found this one and we called the number. She called me back when he were riding around Knoxville not knowing anything about Knoxville. When she and I talked on the phone, I felt like I knew her, we just clicked. She just had that personality much like mine. I feel like I not only met a great professional but I feel like I made a friend. She really was awesome because she did not charge the seller her full 6% commission, she only took 5%. We had actually heard about the house through referral. She could have still taken her full commission but she didn't. The woman that sold us the house was an elderly. She's got a heart. She's sensitive to customers' needs. She's very busy so she doesn't get right back to you. That frustrates me but that's just my personality, there's nothing against her.

She is very responsive to problems and helpful when any questions arise. Will use her for future units.

She is great, I love her. If we do not own this house when our lease is up, we will probably use her to help us find a house. She is young, but she has been in the business a long time, and she's from the area, she knows her job, and I think the world of her. I found the house on line, and we came here to look around and find a place to live, and from the first experience of speaking to her, she was terrific.
