SunBelt was great about matching the brick, shingles, gutters, etc. AND, because they also operate as a general contractor, they were able to handle all the extras that I wanted that most sunroom companies couldn't handle. What I admired most about Doug and his crew was that he wasn't just a "yes-man" -- If there was something I was asking for that wasn't going to function well or stand up structurally sound, Doug would be honest with me about the request and explain the details of why it couldn't be done. Other companies just kept saying they could do anything . . . until you spoke with the people who actually had to do the work, then you'd find out how little they really could do. They operated like a canned software program -- for "X" amount, you get this, this and this. Nothing more, nothing less. The problem was, I didn't want what they were offering and instead, I wanted a lot more! SunBelt delivered it all and was fair in their pricing for it as well.
It's been over 13 years since the room was built. I've never had any problems with any of the structure or workmanship. And, when I've had other needs, I've called them and they've taken care of those as well. For example, when my daughter started walking, I decided I needed gates added to my deck's staircases. Doug and I spoke over the phone, I described what I wanted, he quoted me a price, I left the check under the door mat, he had someone come out, build the gates and the job was done! Exactly what I wanted and I never even saw anyone face-to-face.
When I've had a pet tear a screen on a window or door, I've taken it by the shop. In a few days, I've gone back by and picked it up. Brand new screen free of charge. You just don't find people who operate the way Doug does. Their service and their staff are exceptional!!

Staff is absolutely professional, friendly, and will go the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied. The product is the best door on the market. The install is done by craftsman's, that care their name is on the work.

Genuine Craftsman is the words to describe Sunbelt Products. When I went to their store, Stephanie told me they only sell one brand of doors, ProVia. She explained to me that Sunbelt Products only wants to use the best products because it reflects upon Sunbelt reputation as well. Stephanie said ProVia stands behind their products with the best manufacture warranties in the industry. Stephanie scheduled my installation and gave me a call to let me know that the crew were on there way. Doug, Jim, and Ryan were professional, courteous, and polite the whole time. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. Both doors fit and operate like they are supposed too. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and took the time to ask me if I had any concerns or questions. Ryan made sure that our home looked like no home repairs took place. My wife commented that she could not even tell that they were here. They all took pride in their work and it was a job well done!

Sunbelt Products does excellent work! There was a six week delay between contract and start of work versus the 3-4 weeks estimated. But once they got started, they worked relatively quickly, and always kept the work site clean upon departure. Doug, the patriarch and the boss, is an excellent carpenter with creative mechanical and construction skills. By rebuilding our original deck and adding the adjacent sunroom, they have transformed our enjoyment of the outdoors to an expansive new level. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work and recommend them highly.

I am very pleased with their services. They were patient, courteous, and did everything I asked them to do. They explained everything to me. At first, I wanted glass but they told me I would be happier with screen and it was cheaper that way. I am so happy that I listened to them. I spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors in my porch. I love it.

We were very satisfied with all the work done by the contractors. Our sunroom was completed in about one month which was very nice. The materials used were all top quality and the craftsmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them.
