This was a terrible experience. It was under warranty and they charged us for the work. The unit was like a window unit only it was in the wall. They tore up the wall when they put it back in and they didn't agree to pay for the wall repair.

They came and put it in. I told them I was having tile installed soon. They told me that I might have trouble getting the dishwasher out, after having tile installed. (Because the floor would be up higher and I might have to take the counter off of the lower cabinets to get the dishwasher out if I had a problem with it.) I appreciated them telling me that because when the tile people came I told them what they had said. The tile people put extra grout, where more tile should have gone, to make sure if I had problems with the dishwasher we would just have to remove the extra grout to get it out.

Although the repair man had to come more than once, he fixed it to my satisfaction. He was polite and professional and was motivated to get the dishwasher fixed.

They were a very trustworthy company who have been around for many years. They were reliable and professional. I have been using them and I was very pleased with their handy work. They seemed to always show up on time and work quickly to get the job done. My washer's working fine and I never had any complaints about the ending results.

I was glad I hired this company because they were nice folks to talk to and they did great work. They were responsive to my phone call and it didn t take them long to do their work. I have not had any problems with the work they did and I have recommended them to others.

The service man was very prompt in getting back to me and scheduling a time for him to come out. He showed up right on time. He really knew his stuff and fixed my problem quickly in which was great.

We have used them for about ten years and their prices are never outrageous. I really liked that they were able come out the same day I called them. Everybody was very courteous. I don't know what the last bill came to but I do know they got the job done fast.
