Title Companies
Went great. They came to our home for the closing of the re-fi. They had everything prepared and arrived on time. When later they found there was one spot we should have signed that they hadn't seen (apparently it was kind of unusual to have this particular place to sign), they quickly got the paperwork to us and we were good to go. Their services were also much more reasonable than the title company that our lender had chosen.
