They are horrible. They did one of the rugs, but they declined to do the rest of them because they said they had stains in the rugs they were there for. They refused to do the rest of the work at all. The compensated me for not doing the work, buyt they were really rude about it. I ended up having to rent a cleaner to clean my floors because they wouldn’t do it. They just refused to do it. They refused because of the stains, and that’s what they were there for. I thought that was what they were supposed to do, and they said they only do super clean carpet. They were really really rude, They didn’t have any professionalism. I’ve been getting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself. It is pretty embarrassing when somebody comes into your house and says they won’t even try to do the carpeting at all. They were also upset that they would have to move furniture. They were going to charge me $800 for the upstairs and then they didn’t charge me for the parts that they just said that the carpet was too soiled. They wouldn’t even do my stairs. They refused to do it, and they were like my boss says it is ok and they walked out. I will never use them again. We do have older carpets, but if you are going to be a Stanley Steamer person you can expect to be cleaning your floor 5-6 times per year and they are going to be $600 bucks a pop, and they just wouldn’t do it. I’ve never had a Stanley Steamer decide that they were not even going to try and do anything whatsoever. It just seems like they were just really really lazy. It is very weird we have had 2 people decide not to do work for us. I don’t know if they have too much work and don’t want to get work.

The crew did a thorough job. We had asked for the stair runner to also be cleaned, but it is an oriental rug, so the guys tested it before just doing a cleaning, and showed us that the colors would run with the Stanley process. We appreciated that attention to detail.

They did a good job. They had a lot of carpet cleaned. They just did the carper cleaning but there were some places that they really needed to work hard and they were able to get that.

It went smoothly though I didn't pay what I was originally quoted due to up-sell for dog sanitizing, protectant, and an up charge due to oversize room.  Other than that, 2 gentlemen at both locations on 2 different days, did a thorough and careful job on carpet and furniture.  Took great care not to track the house or bump doors with their heavy equipment.  Extremely courteous, pleasant and hard working individuals.  Both jobs took a little over 2 hours each.  I was left with instructions as to dry time and care.  Two micro-fibre lounge chairs came out beautifully and an overstuffed club chair and ottoman became 2 shades lighter.  They told me it was loaded with dog hair which was a surprise as I've never seen either dog on it but rarely.  Somebody's been sneakin' around behind our backs.  All in all, a great job and I'd recommend them highly, but get a more realistic quote by giving approximate dimensions of rooms, not just the number of them.  Also, let them know you have pets or are moving to where pets once lived.

Fantastic!!!  Stanley Steemer successfully cleaned every stain and spot on the carpet, leaving behind a totally fresh smell.  The sofa and loveseat looked brand new after they were finished.

Moved all furniture, cleaned whole house carpet and tile grout.  It looked like new; I was very pleased!

We have a pet in the house, and they have always been able to get the stains up without having the stains come back. The few times we did have a problem, they'd come back out and redo the work at no charge.

It went great! I will never use anybody else. I have had 4 different carpet companies try and clean up some of the stains in my carpet and this was the first one that actually got the job done.

The team they send out is always polite, pleasant, professional, and performs the work quickly but without rushing or being careless. The last time I used them (July 2014), they returned twice after the initial cleaning to work on a spot that kept reappearing (for no additional charge). After they initially clean the carpets I am always worried that they seem too wet but the carpets dry quickly and look great. I have had them clean wall-to-wall, wool area rugs, and furniture - all with good success.

Stanley Steemer reps were very good! My loveseat and recliner smelled of pet odor and I needed them cleaned immediately. Stanley Steemer came about 2 hours after I called. The representatives were very friendly, got right to work, cleaned and deodorized the furniture, cleaned up and left. I am very pleased with the results. I was worried that my furniture was ruined, but they cleaned it up like new. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and I will use them again when my furniture needs to be cleaned.
