After moving the RV I was asked by the driver to help him line it up as he back the truck up, at this point he used the lifting arm controls to put it under the Rv that is when I noted ! that the lifting arm was with in two inches from front fiberglass, I told driver my concern about how close it was, I was told by the driver he did not build the Rv He just tows them, then I asked will you be able to do this, he hooked it up raise the Rv and was ready to go that is when he used the truck controls again for no reason and drop the Rv on the lifting arm and damage the front end of the Rv . Now I told by the driver not to worry about it ! go in the RV and hold the the Brake he left me holding it for ten min. As he unhooked every thing and drove off with me sitting there. So I called the owner of Southside Road Service I told Her what happen she laughed . After asking to pay for damages she thought it was funny ! I told her this is no laughing matter. After that contacted coach net about the problem they said that they would contact the towing company for us, a week later I was told the towing company was turning the damage over to there insurance company consumers insurance. Now I am being told by consumers insurance. That the Southside is saying the damage was there and they did not damage it. Consumers said that We would have to collect 1000,00 dollars of 1,700.00 from Southside that is there deductible We are also being told we now have to wait until the owners of the towing company return from vacation .
