I hired him on the recommendation of a neighbor across the street who had used him.  He has just done an excellent job.  I don’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.  He is very particular about his work and he knows what he is doing.  He always shows up when he says he is going to be here.  He is very conscientious about his mowing and he is very careful around trees and shrubs; my wife has a huge flower garden and he is very careful not to get too close to it.  If one cutting of the grass doesn’t do it he will go over it a second time.  His price is very reasonable.

The end product looked very good when Southern Constructors replaced my gutters. They did return my phone call and come and give me an estimate the same day I called them. However, there were some problems. The workers were not very neat and I had a considerable amount of cleanup to do when they left. Though the workers did very professional work, they did not explain when they arrived what they were doing or how the job was coming along. They were a few days late in finishing the job from the estimate given. Some of the workers were not very professional with my family or me. But when the job was finished my gutters looked very nice and worked very well.
