The plumbing work was expertly done. A new connection was established in the crawlspace as a precaution. They were careful to preserve our trees and plants, even lifting and replacing a mature shrub, which appears to be surviving so far.
We were very disappointed with the condition of the lawn after the project was completed; it clearly did not live up to the promised standards. The hump did not settle in spite of many rains and regular watering. There were parallel ridges on either side of the trench which made the area dangerous for walking. We never saw any grass seed, though hay had been put down
After we contacted Spencer about this, he sent a crew to level the hump, fill in the ridges, and spread seed and hay. So far, we are happy with the results.
