Dr. Madigan diagnosed my problem and we tried to let it heal on its own. It didn't because of the medication that I'm on so he recommended surgery. He did the surgery and my back is healing now. I am so pleased with Dr. Madigan.

He is excellent, incredible. He is never on time because he spends time with his patients. I have to wait there, but it is worth the wait.

The surgery went on very well. She answered questions for me; she was very professional and the results were good. If I need to see her again I will go back.

Overall, I think (not that I know anything about this type of work) the surgery went well. My follow up appointment was not with the doctor, but with an assistant who was excellent in removing the bandage and communicating with me. I am pleased with the results.
In answer to the question above: Would I use her in the future, I answered yes, but I am not really sure. There are not many choices in Knoxville for this service. Even though her manners were poor, she may still be an excellent surgeon. It could be that she was overbooked. No question about that.
