Jeff Ray did horrible job on the new AC unit installation and ducting. Not all the ducts were connected. The AC unit did not provide cooling. He left the old unit though he promised to recycle it. It took 2 weeks to get him in. He repaired the leak and recharge the gas. But the house is not cooling. The air is leaking around the unit. Two of the four ducts in the master bedroom blowing hot air. He never picks up the phone and no voice mail. The only way to communicate is to text him. Will not recommend doing business with this company.

Danny and Chad came out and did a thorough assessment of what we wanted to do.  They gave us several options and prices.  They sent there crew back on scheduled day and performed the work as if I wasn't home.  Very neat both in appearance and in there work.  I highly recommend SouthEast Service Group and my husband and I plan on using them on several projects in the future.

Southeast Service Group was contacted about the project. They were very responsive and met with me on the same day. A scope of work was reviewed and an estimate was given to perform the work. Upon acceptance of the estimate, a schedule was established to perform the work. Southeast was promptly onsite according to the schedule and began work. The work performed was completed in accordance with code and customer requirements. The skill and workmanship was very good. The electricians were very attentive to the existing structure and took measures to reduce the amount of required repairs that would need to be done as a result of the electrical work. The work area was kept very  clean, orderly, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed at the costs agreed upon. I was very satisfied with the service and expertise of Southeast Service Group, will utilize them for future work, and recommend them to others.
