"I will be in contact with the Member's as the owner of Smith Quality Painting I take the time to try to make every one happy, unfortunatly that isn't possible. I dealt only with Member's husband. I was hired after they (HAD FIRED ANOTHER PAINTING COMPANY) Member put pieces of blue tape everywhere there were drips left from other painting company, we fixed every thing for (THE PRICE OF ABOUT 3,400.00 IN WHICH WE WERE CHEATED OUT OF 600.00 FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO BE BACK AT TIME MEMBER WANTED.UNFORTIONATLY WE TOLD HUSBAND TIME AND HE DID NOT CONVEY THIS TO HIS WIFE ....ORIGINAL JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND EXTRA WORK WAS NOT MENTIONED UNTILL THE DAY WE THOUGHT WE WERE FINISHED (EXTRA WORK WAS PAINTING WOODWORK IN CLOSETS AND STAIR TREADS) WE TOLD HUSBAND WE WOULD TRY TO FIT IT INTO SCHEDULE IN A WEEK OR SO.HAD TO COME BACK IN A WEEK OR SO. WE WERE ABLE TO COME AND COMPLETE CLOSETS BUT DUE TO CHRISTMAS AND THE FACT THAT THEY HAD MOVING CO. SCHEDULED WE WERE UNABLE TO FINISH STAIRWELL TREADS. WE CAN NOT POSSIBLE BE AROUND A FLOATING SCHEDULE BUT TO TRY TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS AND ACCOMODATE TO BEST OF OUR ABILITY. MEMBER IS INCLUDING THE OTHER PAINTERS INTO THE PRICE OF JOB AS $ 8000.00. THIS WAS A JOB THAT THE HOMEOWNER WAS TRYING TO BE THRIFTY ON AND HIRED INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL PAINTERS THE FIRST TIME AND WERE GIVEN A HORRIBLE PAINT JOB. WIFE HAD ISSUES WITH OTHER COMPANY IN ADDITION TO BAD PAINT JOB WITH FEMALE EMPLOY OF CO. THAT FLIRTED WITH HUSBAND AND BROUGHT HIM LUNCH DAILY. WE TRIED TO ACCOMODATE THIS COUPLE AND IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO THEIR NON COMMUNICATION WITH ONE ANOTHER. THEY ARE AN EXCEPTION TO THE CLIENTEL WE NORMALLY SERVE. WE DO HIGH END RESIDENTIAL PAINTING WITH ABOUT 75 CLIENTS PER YEAR AND THIS IS OUR FIRST ISSUE WITH A CLIENT. WE WISH THEM WELL AND NOTHING BUT HAPPINESS IN THE NEW YEAR."
