Great. Jason came out and got right to work. He would inform us before modifying the cabinet underneath, etc. He had the new sink in in a timely matter and it looks great. I am definitely going to use them for future projects.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Our living room fan had been non-working for at least 6 years and he was the only one with the persistence to get it working again. Our vaulted ceilings made things tricky but he never gave up. I'm glad to have it working again - just in time for Summer! I will be calling back with more work I need done around the house soon.

They found the problem and were prepared to fix it but wanted $830 just to remove some vinyl siding and put it back on when finished. I asked them about the price and they wouldn't budge. They seemed ready willing and able to do a quality job but I just couldn't validate the siding costs.

They did very good work. They sent me pictures of the problem and what they did to fix it. However, I thought the price was very high. They would not give me a breakdown on the costs of labor and material, but I think they charged at least $50 per hour.

They replaced the steps the first day they came, and removed the old screens. They did not get the new screens installed the same day but brought them and installed them the next work day.

Had to call company re a problem with trim on column pulling away and door opening into crawl space too cramped.. When called, the owner was here within an hour and the problems were fixed very quickly

We appreciate Smart Home Fix! They are courteous, professional and do a good job. They have been on-time for appointments and, as a nice touch, they text you about 15 minutes before arriving so that you will know exactly when they're on the way. They've done more than one job for us and we've had a positive experience each time. We will definitely call them in the future.

These people listened to what we wanted and made it happen! If there was something that wasn't quite right, they redid it right away. They were always so very nice to us and very respectful. They always covered the ares where they were going to be stepping to keep my floors clean. We love how the design turned out. The owner was easy to contact and he was quick to get back to us. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that it took longer than we thought to finish the job, but they were apologetic and we worked out a compromise!
