Jamie was very helpful in picking out blinds and window tint. We are very happy with the quality of the blinds and the installation. The installers were all very quick and professional. The only issue we had after the installation was that 2 of the blinds in the great room were very squeaky. Due to the holidays and some personnel changes, it took them 2 months to get out to fix the blinds, but now they are quiet.

The sales representative showed and explained to us the options for various grades and levels of tinting. He measured the windows, and scheduled the installation. We opted for ceramic film on our west-facing windows. The installers arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They completed the work, adding one window to our original order - we had neglected to request tinting for the light above our entry door. They were efficient and neat, cleaning the windows carefully, and cleaning up after themselves. When they were finished, the only evidence they were in the house was the reduced heat from the tinted windows. As I sat in my home office with my back to the west windows, I could feel the reduction in heat through the windows as soon as the first film section was applied. And this was in the morning, before direct sun reached those windows! The large (about 5x3 ft) window above the entryway no longer needs to be covered. We had placed a shoji screen on the ledge to block the summer heat and glare. Now we can again enjoy the view from the balcony.

Extremely poor scheduling and keeping appointments. Lost track of number of times rescheduling occurred....then installer came without proper tools, rescheduled again. Installer seemed to be very skilled.

Set last and final appointment with the installer. He came and finished job as agreed.
Film has yet to completely cure (normal) so final quality cannot be judged at this time.

Excellent work! I came into shop when they opened unannounced and set up appointment for late afternoon. They called me back within a couple of hours and stated they had a cancellation. I jumped on it and within an hour had tint installed on my ride at a very reasonable price with the brand that I wanted! The installer was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. Thanks! Would highly recommend as they have many options of type of tint to install at a reasonable price.

I love the tinting job that they did. Just do a lot of leg work and make sure that you're getting what you want because there's a lot of tints out there. Make sure that what you're getting is not going to be damaging to your window.

we called the co.and made an appointment with them.A man arrived on time-I recall that his name was Bill.He educated us about the different films and showed us the films on our glass. We liked the fact that he never tried to pressure us at any time during the process.we selected a film that would even accomplish more than what we anticipated and it looks great. We did get another estimate but the experience with the salesman was not as pleasant and he did not have a film we liked nearly as much.As far as the installation,it went smoothly without any problems--they arrived on time, finished the job in 5hrs.and cleaned up so well would not know they were here.I highly recommend this co. In fact we plan to get more windows done-We noticed a remarkable difference.

Stopped by their place of business, discussed my needs and selected the products to be used from a wide range of price/performance options. Initial installation appointment had to be changed, but this was not a problem for me, and the reschedule was the next business day. The installer was very nice, efficient and skilled, and everything was cleaned up well. He informed me of care instructions, etc. Overall, though it wasn't cheap (!), I think the choice of materials and confidence the job would be and was well done made this a better option than the home improvement store DIY route.

I knew from the time Craig showed up for the estimate that this would be a positive experience - and I was not wrong. He never pushed products we didn't need. He asked the right questions to keep us on budget. His explanations were detailed but not condescending. He was enthusiastic and excited about his products. He explained that we could get an energy credit for this work, when we were close to the end date - he called to remind us. Needless to say, we scheduled a time. The young man who showed up to do the work arrived on time - actually a little early. He was friendly, listened to what we wanted, explained what he needed to do then just did a wonderful job. We have two triangular windows at the top of our chalet style home that required special cuts and effort while working on the ladder. The other problem window was our kitchen garden window, which actually consists of one front facing, two sides and one overhang window - not an easy task. Bottomline - we will have them back and we could not be any happier with this company, their service and the wonderful people there. Thanks guys for the energy credit and the extra value you added to our home. Will see you again soon.

Excellent recommendations to get right colors and products within my budget. Suggestions about avoiding problems with air vents that would rattle verticals and appearance from inside and outside the house. Everything was done perfectly except for one set of verticals that required several trips back to the house and re-orders from manufacturer. The owner visited to see the problem and both she and the installers were more intense than I was about getting it right. They also assured me that they would come out anytime in the future if there was a problem with their product.
