Overall, remodel went fairly well. Shae and her team was very responsive and easy to schedule an appointment with. Had initial meeting, on-site visit to home to discuss remodel ideas, and was provided a follow-up appointment 1-2 weeks later which included physical ideas and 3D computer modeling of layout. Material and design selections were made, and they provided us with recommendations of several contractors to talk with to discuss hiring to conduct the physical build. Throughout 10-week process, Shae and staff periodically checked in to discuss process, as well as made several on-site visits. Following remodel, furniture was purchased from her store, and delivery was made rather quickly thereafter. Was happy overall with the use of Shae Designs and would go back for further consultation if the need arose. I have already recommended her business to several others as well since our remodel was complete.

My only experience was similar to another reviewer who offered an "F" rating. I responded to a mailer ad about design services for a bathroom remodel. I was told they would come out, review the need with me, then draw up a 3-D proposal for $65 that they would present to me. At that point, I could buy the plans for $400, or use one of their contractors to do the work. Two young ladies came out, I explained everything we had in mind for the bathroom, but they weren't there 10 minutes. When I went back in for the presentation, it was literally a very generic computer program drawing that basically showed me what the bathroom vanity would look like with two different cabinetry options. That was it! Nothing related to the shower, the tub, the mirror, the lights, nothing! When I told them I understood they were going to do a full remodel proposal, I was told that to have that done was something like $400, which I could understand, but that's not what was sold to me. It was a complete waste of time and $65. They may do fine work eventually, but for what they were advertising, that was useless to me. Honestly, it sounded more like they were trying to sell cabinets.

By far the best in Knoxville for Kitchen Remodeling.  From start to finish we received excellent service and are very pleased with the final product and design.  Communication was great! Shae's team of designers are knowledgeable and understand the importance of a proper kitchen design.  They presented the best overall design and were very through.  There were no hidden charges and they also made suggestions on how we could maximize our budget dollars.  
A true transformation of our space and the project came in on time and on budget!  We highly recommend this company!

Initially we hired Shae to provide a cabinetry quote (She has great cabinets for discounted pricing).  During the walk through for measurement we started talking about design ideas for the master bath.  Soon thereafter we hired Shae to help us with redesign and material selection.  During the course of the remodel, Shae and her installation team were efficient and professional.

Our bathrooms would have been very nice before Shae (and Misty) helped us.  Now they are spectacular!!!!  The flow just works.  The materials and colors are perfect.  The cabinetry is awesome (and a great price).   I love my new bathrooms and Shae is the main reason they turned out so well.

Called to set up original appt and Shae arrived on time and had some great ideas.  Set up another appt with Misty to measure rooms and then had a third appt to look at digital designs.  Had some wonderful ideas and we decided on one layout and called to tell her we were ready to proceed.  Did not hear from her.  Called two more times and still have not heard from her.  Do not know why she has not returned calls but we were very disappointed that there was no follow up. We certainly have some major concerns.  Now we have to start all over again to try to find someone reliable.

Shae is amazing with her design ideas and especially her cost effectiveness.  My master bath went from outdated to a beautiful spa-like retreat.  She was able to use existing shower and tub, blending the old with the new beautifully.  She is currently working on a kitchen redesign for me as well.  Highly recommend Shae and Misty.

She’s very knowledgeable and creative.  She not only knows design but recently became licensed as a general contractor.  She’s someone I would trust implicitly to do any job for me. I would most definitely use her service again.

I got her through McLain's Painting.  He gives you an hour of time when you get something painted.  Her pricing was great.  I would give her A's all the way down the line.  I have used her more than once.
