They were extremely nice. They brought the rugs back and said that one corner was slightly damp. But the rug was totally wet to the point where it was getting our floor wet. It was so horrible. It was an 11X13 size rug; we had to prop it up in our room on all of our furniture and it got the furniture wet. So it wasn’t great. They went above and beyond as far as looking into how to clean our rug. The back of it was falling apart and they researched it for me. They went above and beyond that way, but I don’t know why they returned it wet. I probably would not use them again in the future.
