It is the product itself that I am having a problem with. I noticed that the dishwasher was not performing as well as I expected. I e-mailed the salesperson. He never got back to me. I have not had done anything else trying to reach them since. I do not know if it is this particular unit or it is just the design. It is really no better than the one I had before as far as getting the dishes cleaned. When they installed it, they were here when they were supposed to be and all that good stuff.

Very well he could have charged me for a new compressor but instead took the extra steps to ensure it was just dirty coils. Went above and beyond expectations. Will use and recommend   to friends and family.

They resolved it and now it's okay. I know the guy was dispatched and he wasn't normally the guy that handles this area. The guy that normally handles this area is from Knoxville as this guy was out of Johnson City. Since the other guy was on vacation they dispatched this guy as they wanted to get to me quickly because it was hot. I have a home warranty so they pick out the contractors when I have a problem. I just call the warranty service and they try to dispatch one company that handles this area so they ended up dispatching Sears out. I would recommend Sears for this kind of work. They got it fixed and did a good job. It only cost me what my normal warranty detectable was and the guy explained everything to me that was wrong. Since I have a home warranty I only pay $55 whether the guy replaces a fuse or replaces a whole unit. In the past Sears which is out of Nashville has replaced all the siding and also added insulation for me.
