We were knew to the East Tennessee area. Sally was so kind and patient with us. We had no idea where we wanted to live. We didn't know the area. We ended up finding houses an hour outside of Sally's coverage, and she stuck with us until we found the house we wanted. We were in an area that she wasn't familiar with, but she was a real trooper. We would highly recommend and use her again.
