SAFET SYSTEMS

My point of contact was JJ. I met with him at first to go over our security needs for the new house we were building. He was very punctual and respectful. He did not try to and quot;scareand quot; me into getting more than I needed. I chose a system that can be updated in the future to include cameras. He was willing to work with the builder and give me exactly what I wanted. However there was an issue on the builders end with communication getting it installed, but JJ worked it all out so that there was less stress for me to deal with. On day on installation Eric came out to install the system and did a great job. He was on time, picked up after himself and watched for our pets so that they didn't get out. he showed me how the system worked, went over all of my questions and covered all the features that it has. I have received my first quarterly statement and there was nothing on it that was a surprise. I am very happy with SafeT.

It went very well. They had some trouble with one of the glass breaks and had to come out a second time but they did not start charging monitoring fees until the system was up and running.

The technician did a great job and took his time telling me about it and showing me different things. He was friendly, professional, and courteous. The only trouble was getting them to come out. One of the technicians was sick and they didn t call and I sat here and waited all day. That was my only complaint but other than that I am very pleased with their service.
