There were zoning issues and creaky tiles and floors throughout the home. The home inspector who they used did not point out any of the issues and it cost me over $8000 in repairs.

They did an excellent job building our home but we had some problems that needed to be fixed. It took them awhile getting around fixing them but they did take care of it. It was built in a timely manner and we are very happy with it.

The company over all did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I thought that they did a good job and the workers were friendly. The detail and quality of workmanship that was put into this house was extraordinary and I was very pleased with every aspect of work that was done. They are a great company.

We wanted a new home but put it off because of all the stories we had heard about the problems. We were amazed when none of theses things happened to us. The design construction and closing all went through without any major problems. The supervisor in charge of the project was open, honest and hard working. It was a very pleasant experience and we liked the results.
