Ryan Michael Smith (Coldwell Banker)

I can't use enough superlative adjectives to detail how wonderful and outstanding Ryan was as my Real Estate Agent!!! Let's start with me. I am an OCD perfectionist that has to know everything about everything before I make a decision. I can be highly annoying with my endless questions! Ryan was exceptionally patient with my detailed questions and was brilliant at giving information that satisfied my insatiable curiosity. He answered all my questions fully and quickly. If he didn't know the answer, he found out immediately. He walked me through every step of what would happen when so there were never any surprises. He has phenomenal knowledge of the area and is an endless encyclopedia of all thing’s real estate. He was always supportive of my choices, goals and spending limits. It's been a long time since I purchased a house, he made suggestions for houses based on my preferences and gently fussed at me from straying from my own criteria (I can't do stairs and yet I kept asking about houses with stairs). I genuinely appreciated his respect for my style designs. He always consistently acted in my best interest even if he didn't benefit. He made recommendations for what I should and shouldn't do. He was right every single time! He advocated for me to the mortgage loan officer and other agents who were out to sell me short. Ryan was a GUARDIAN to protect my interests. I was able to buy my dream house and I directly attribute my successful closing at how brilliantly he executed the offer, negotiation and holding the other agent accountable to get me everything I asked for! Ryan is a Real Estate Agent Super Hero! I would recommend him 100% without hesitation to anyone for anything Real Estate (or horses). One of my saddest moments was at closing because I thought this is it, I don't get to talk to Ryan every day, 5 times a day. What I found out is I made a friend and we stayed in touch! That's the kind of person he is - after business with you, you won't want to him out of your life. He's a keeper!
