We had some service done. Their service has always been excellent, but a little bit pricey.  Their service is good. Everything about their dealership is good. They're courteous, polite, prompt. I'm due for a service with them soon.

I had the vehicle to the dealer for the same problem twice. The first time I was not satisfied with the answer I had received from the service advisor, because they really did not find anything wrong and just told me to try it again. However, after experiencing the same problem I talked with the service manager. He worked with me to resolve the problem and was very much attentive to the issue as I saw it after I researched the problem with trial and error testing. I was very happy with the outcome and the assistance of the service manager.

Less than thrilled! We bought a used diesel truck just over a month ago with no warranty available from the dealer. We told the salesman, BJ, that it had an oil leak and he told us that it would be and quot;taken care ofand quot; when it went back to service before we took it home. It went back to service, but no work was done and the leak is still there! (Obviously - oil leaks don't just fix themselves!) We contacted the dealership and, after a couple days of the run-around, no one there has offered any help at all.This was the third vehicle we've bought from a Rusty Wallace dealership but, after this experience, we'll have to steer clear.

"We appreciate your feedback, and would like to address your listed concerns. This vehicle was a Diesel truck that had 160,000+ miles on it. Whenever we deliver vehicles with 100,000 miles or more on them we make absolutely sure that the buyer is aware that it will be sold to them "As Is". Anytime we deliver a vehicle there is a form attached to the paperwork disclosing any work there is that needs to be performed on the vehicle. This vehicle was purchased in February and there was no contact to our office concerning an issue with the vehicle until the last week in March. The delivery paperwork that [member name removed] signed in February has no items listed as needed to be performed. When [member name removed] called the office the last week of March regarding the Oil Leak, he was reminded that any vehicle sold with over 100,000 miles on it is sold "As Is" and that there was no documentation listed showing an oil leak on this vehicle at time of delivery in February. Unfortunately, it was not present at time of delivery, and was therefore not included in the paperwork at that time. We are extremely sorry for the issue that has arisen with the vehicle, and wish you all the best in the future."
