Our Mission is to provide the highest quality pest management services to homes and businesses in Tennessee through our determined quest for customer satisfaction and employee excellence. Our employees hold various state licenses in Wood Destroying Organisms, General Pest and Rodent Control, Bird Control and Horticulture (Lawn and Turf). Our technicians have a Category 7 certification (General Pest and Rodent Control and Wood Destroying Organisms), which is classified as Industrial, Institutional, Structural Pest Control and Health-Related Pest Control. Our Category 3 certification, Ornamental & Turf, allows us to control pests and diseases of shrubs, trees, lawns, and other turf grasses.

The Bed Bug treatment itself was effective. almost 2 months later there are no signs of bed bugs. The problem is that when they did the treatment, one of their technician's stole a firearm from my home. No one at Russell's seems to care. I filed a police report, but there are no witnesses, so not much can be done. And because i signed a piece of paper saying i removed all such items from my house, i have no recourse. It was a mistake that i left it behind, but apparently because i signed a piece of paper, Russell's Pest Control Technicians are free to steal from me? also missing was a cheap necklace. apparently it looked real, so they took that too. Again, no one at Russell's Pest Control seems to care being as they already got their thousands of dollars for the treatment.

During huge rain storm, we had a horde of termites suddenly emerge from under a floor board into our living room. Called several termite companies, selected Russells. They were able to inject termite poison into the foundations of our house without drilling into our patio. After a year we have seen no termites. NONE! very good job.

Their prices are competitive. I would use them again in the future. They could be a little bit more consistent in their service when they come out.

They could do a better job of doing the inside of the home more frequently. They only do it once-a-year or on request. I do not think you can attack that type of job from the outside. I think you have to do it on the outside and the inside.

Im from the city and this is my first country home. We were having problems with spiders and other bugs coming in from the cow pastures all around us. I called and they came right out and made a plan for my home. He arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional.

We have had Russells termite protection for a number of years and were satisfied until we purchased a much larger home and have a termite protection plan with another company for about 1/5 the cost. I'm sure the canisters and termite bait are expensive, but $300 a year is a bit much for me comparatively speaking.

It started with my husband & I getting everything up off the floor that didn't belong there. Once the guy showed up he spoke to us about the process. He would go through and spray all carpeted areas & we had to be out of the house for 4 hours due to the chemical smell & it also needed time to dry. We had already tried all the flea medicines for the dogs & flea sprays for the carpets & nothing was working. This stuff did the trick, the fleas are finally gone in the house, but I think I still need to have the yard treated.

There were bugs in my kitchen and when I told Russell's Pest Control about them they said "You don't have to worry about them, those are called unidentified crawling objects". Then I was advised by my friend to change them and then the new company came and got rid of the bugs. I was not happy with the Russells. I will never use them. I rather not see them again.

I've used them for many, many years. Their servicemen are consistent. They are consistently the same person so they know the facility and the areas that need care. I compared price in the beginning but not lately. They are very professional.

If I have a problem, they come right out and fix it, and they have been very, very good. For example, if I have ants in my house, they are here in a jiffy, and they get it fixed at no extra charge. They guarantee that I won’t have these things, and if I do, they come and correct them right away. I have never had any problems with them.

They have always been reliable. They have always provided good service for us. They will come in between service visits if we need them to. They are non-intrusive and they get the job done.
