A project that should have taken 3-4 weeks maximum took 4-5 times that and is still not done more than 2 1/2 years later. I pointed out serious flaws with the work and now Rob, the owner, says he wonâ t come back. His feelings are hurt because I donâ t want waves in my floor and major gaps in my floor. I would not let them do the flooring in a dog house.

It started out great, but he never finished the job! He has terrible communication skills! He would not answer or return phone calls, and he did not have the BALLS to let us know he was not going to finish the job! We had to hire someone else to finish it! Do not waste your money!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Communicated every step of the way. Very punctual and I felt at ease while in my home. Would most definitely refer to friends and family! The work was exceptional. The end product was more than I had expected! Just don’t find this kind of service anymore.

They were timely, clean, professional, and did excellent work. When we encountered an issue, they were upfront and honest and did amazing work to correct the problem. I left them at home to work and felt safe leaving my teenagers in the house as well. They sanded my floors and added new hardwood. My house had little to no dust. It was truly amazing. We could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend Rob and his crew!!!!

Very fast response from my original inquiry. Worked with our ever changing time frame (due to other work being done) and showed up as expected daily. Finished in time frame quoted.

In addition to the amazing quality of workmanship, they were efficient and quick. We needed our entire house completed in a specific time frame and they were able to start and finish, on time!! They kept me updated daily.

When contacted they responded quick started work on time and actually was able to complete job sooner then I expected very professional with great team of employees

These guys made my floors look better than I ever expected. They were efficient and got the project completed in the time frame they projected. i gave them 5 stars because i don't always have this kind of experience with other contractors. you won't go wrong to hire them.

Rob and his crew did a great job refinishing the floors in my old house. Wasn't a big job, but he treated it very professionally and did everything as promised. The repairs/stitching looked especially good. I trusted my house to them while i was away traveling, and everthing was clean and in order when i got back. They were a great value for this quality of work, as Rob came in a good bit lower with his estimate than other companies i talked to. Good service, good work, and worth every dollar. Plus, a very easy experience in hiring, commencement of work, and completion. I'd definitely recommend them.

Rob, Tre, Adam, and the rest of the crew were prompt, professional, conscientious and obviously take pride in their work. They were enthusiastic about trying a product that had been recommended to me but that they had never used. They did their research into the product and did a superb job with it. I rarely find a company I trust to achieve the level of results I expect, but R&S knocked it out of the park. I would hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The level of customer service was impressive. The gentlemen with R&S were all so professional, courteous and timely. They were all a pleasure to have in our home. The communication was top notch. They arrived when they said they would and set realistic expectations on a timeline. The quality of the work was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Rob and his crew, especially Jeff, did a bang up job and payed close attention to detail and fixed any of my issues quickly. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would for sure hire them again.

Rob Wallace gave an estimate on flooring. I contracted him on this flooring job. Took longer than he said to get started, once started, job was left incomplete, said he would be back to finish the job, and he is to yet show or call to this day. Tried several times to call him and left many, many messages... never did call back. Several bubbles are in the floor, no calking at the door frames, and need three thresholds laid. Needs to be finished. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!! Gave him over a month to make this right and he never did. Never furnished a invoice either which I ask for several times.

Very professional, Mr. R. Wallace knows his floors, and did exactly what he said, His crew is Second to none, everyone very courteous, explains , every question you ask, on time everyday, and their clean up was fantastic. I would recommend highly, for any hardwood floor project.
