Very well! Excellent, professional service. They marked all the corners, and provided two 24x24 maps as well as a digital version. We are very satisfied!

I called and left message -- closed for vacation. They called back same day as noted on voicemail when they would reopen. Made an appt for 3 weeks later, called week before to set time, they called each time and followed up. Did survey on Monday and come out on Thurs with documentation. Very responsive with followup and did what they said would do. Would definitely recommend because any I had called before them didn't return calls as promised.

Terrific! Gary and Damon performed our initial marked survey of the entire property back in 2012. We had them return in 2016 to place additional stakes along the property line in front of our home where I could place birdhouses. This year, we asked them to place additional property stakes along the perimeter in order for us, and the fence company, to place an accurate string line for our new fence. Our property is anything but flat, and includes many steep/sloped areas where running a string line from the existing stakes would have been impossible. Gary (owner), Damon, and Kylene (Kylene runs the office and sets up appts), are always professional, pleasant, efficient, and great to do business with. We will be calling them again when we are ready to fence the remainder of our property.

Very Professional and did not hesitate to see if my time line was strict to where if he could not get to it fast I would be in a bind also gave me the name(s) of closer companies if I needed a faster response... the kind of service that is hard to find.

Professional and hard working. We were onsite for field work and the effort put forth to ensure accuracy is impressive. A detailed map was provided and they meet with you to review the map and answer questions that you have. We will definitely use their services again.

We needed to define our property lines due to a dispute with a neighbor.  Called Sterling (Roth) Surveyors and discovered that they had performed the original survey for the developer of our property so they have been around for over 15 years.  The surveyor arrived promptly and when I asked him to walk me around and define the property, he did as requested even though the markers were in the ground.  Very pleased.

They were responsive and came when they said they were going to come. The guy did everything I asked him to do and was very confident. He followed up with his map of the property boundaries and was reasonable. There was an error in the legal description that was required and we talked about that and he was going to get back to me and I don’t know yet what the results for that are. 

Great company!  Would definitely hire again should I need this type of service.  They were able to schedule me just a few days from when I called and less than 48 hours later, I had the maps in my hand.  The crew was very professional.  

His name is Gary Roth.  He got it to a good verifiable map that we could use.  He let us know upfront the costs involved.  He was very quick to accommodate us.  He had the work done within two days.  It was complete with four copies of the full survey map that was notarized and everything.  His price was decent too.
