Our old roof was damaged in a hail storm. I will not use this company again.

Since completion of the work I have had a flashing leak which was reported to RLI approximately a year ago. They did at that time send someone to caulk the area of concern. In Dec. 2011, this same flashing leak returned as well as a shingle falling from my roof with no apparent reason. I placed a call to RLI and did not receive a response. Several subsequent calls were made with no response. On 1/9/12 I went to their office located at 9355 Kingston Pike Suite #9Knoxville, TN 37922 and spoke to the receptionist who took a message as well as a copy of my receipt which plainly identified the 10 year labor warranty clause. I did not receive a response from this message. On 1/13/12 I called the owner's cell phone and left a message. I also left a message at their 10820 Kingston Pike Suite 23Knoxville, TN 37934 office. I received a return call from and quot;Chrisand quot; who said he would set up an appointment to come and look at the problems on 1/16-17/12. On 1/18/12 I called Chris and he said he had given the message to Steve to make an appointment. He was to check status and call me back. To date no return calls have been received. I have made calls leaving messages on 1/19, 1/20 and finally 1/23/12 giving them until 1/30/12 to respond. As a result it is evident RLI does not intend to meet their warranty responsibilities or at a minimum they are not motivated to explore in a timely manner customer concerns.
