Tom arrived within 20 minutes of my calling Reynolds and was very thorough in checking moisture levels; I had an estimate by the next day that I could send my insurance company. Workers were excellent, courteous, and efficient in drying areas that were wet.  Can't go wrong using Reynolds for water damage restoration.

Overall, the work got done and the end result was satisfactory. However, it was completed behind schedule, the communication between the estimator and the work crews was very poor, and  the communications from the office to me were even worse. I finally got really frustrated got the cell number of the person who seemed most interested in making sure things were done properly, and let her know point blank how disappointing it was that I had to be hateful in order to get an appropriate response from the company. She took the job in hand at that point and made sure things stayed on track.

• Tom Blamey and his assistant Daniel came promptly when I called them due to a leak from a water pipe in our kitchen. They could not have been nicer! They immediately went to work to remedy the situation and installed fans and mitigation to dry out the area. The fans ran for 3 days. Each of the three days, either Tom or Daniel called or came over to check the area and mitigation area to make sure it was drying out. Even after they had been up all night on an emergency call, Daniel came over to check our site, and Tom came over the next day after working late into the night as well to check on it and to be here when the insurance adjuster came. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration. They are the very best, and i would hire them again in a heartbeat! I hope I never have a water leak again, but this is the crew I will call!

Tom and his crew came to our home within 24 hours to access the damage done to our home. The clean up process was started right away. They made sure no water was left in our home, and he had references readily available when done with clean up for rebuild. They treated our home, animals, and our belongings with respect during a difficult time. More importantly they were respectful and professional. No question went unanswered and the owner was available to answer any questions as well. I would recommend this company to anyone in an emergency situation who needs someone they can trust to come in and start working.

Mr. Tom Blamey came to check our cross base. We had to remove our mold. His crew came worked very hard. They were ver professional. Tom is very knowledgeable for any renovation projects. He gave me a lot of great advise. Thank you so much for your advise.
After they finish working, I found the one wood that was not treated. Tom came back right away and took care of it. I will use this company again. They did more than I expected. Thank you so much for your service.

My experience was really good. They were efficient, very professional and timely. They were really great.

From the time they walked in the door they were on a mission to save my house from permanent water damage. They removed all wet debris,put in heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers and draped off the wet areas with plastic and sealed them off. It took a week to fully get everything dry and literally cut out things that were saturated to bad . I don't know the price as they directly billed my insurance but I do know the longer the water would have sat the more problems and and loss of property would have taken place. They were very professional and informative along the way and always there when they said they would be. I would say a thank you to Tom, Jacob and Ricky for all there help during my water disaster. They did a very good job. They were very easy to work with and they did what they said they would do.

They were very professional, timely, and they did a great job. I have no complaints. They went above and beyond. They were cheaper than other places out there.

The price was not cheap (although it was covered by insurance minus the deductible), but they helped prevent further damage so the drywall did not need replacement and all the furniture survived without significant damage ( including several unique pieces made by my grandfather 80 years ago) because of their prompt response and hard work. My parents live in the property and were out of town during the incident but having PuroClean aggressively handle the problem prevented them from needing to return early and possibly miss the surprise 50th anniversary party my sister had arranged for them. Corey was great to work with and I would highly recommend him personally and PuroClean as a company.

I would definitely recommend them. Overall, the job went great. I was absolutely thrilled with the way they took care of everything. It was a positive experience with them. It was a very traumatic experience, and they were wonderful. They were here every day checking on it. I had water damage from the roof to the two rooms in my house. They had to come in and dry the house out. It took nine days to dry the house out. They had to take out wet ceilings, walls, and floors. They had to prepare it for a contractor to replace it; but it hasn't replaced yet because I have to replace my roof. There are a lot of roof to be replaced at Knoxville.
