Mike was recommended by a friend and we weren't disappointed; in fact, we are very grateful. Mike was organized, professional, and always punctual. He communicated clearly and clarified if he thought we didn't completely understand what he was telling us. We looked (inside) at many houses (lost count, but over 20) and Mike was patient with us and never acted like meeting us on a hot East TN. day and walking around rural or suburban properties was anything but the most normal thing in the world. Mike was honest and gave us advice, but didn't "push" us. He told us both the pros and cons of properties as we viewed them, because we told him we wanted his opinion. We felt like we were his only customers. Mike had a sense of humor but remained professional and never lost sight of our objectives.
