I'm very unhappy with Regions due to fee policies. Due to a garnishment that was issued by mistake, and removed within 30 days, Regions charged me $100 as a "legal fee." This does not have the customer's best interest in mind. I feel like Regions just stole $100 from me. It makes me lose my trust for them. So, I'm actively looking for another bank now. All attempts to resolve this through talking with representatives just resorted in a "company policy" speech from Regions.

They are awesome! The branch manager there encourages employees to learn customers' names, which is so great. It has a small-town feel, and they are so accommodating.

This bank has made more mistakes, very expensive mistakes, in our accounts in the past 10 years it is not even possible to count. On top of all of that, the only number they will give you for customer service is an 800 number, NOT the branch number. The 800 number only gives animated service, ie. no human contact. You must go to the branch.
The problems we have had with our accounts have all been human error, and eventually corrected. I understand human error, I don't understand not being able to reach a human to try to correct it.
My husband has not changed banks because we pay all of our bills and receive our paychecks via direct deposit, and he feels it will likely just open us up for even more trouble to change banks.

Brian Robertson went out of his way to make out refinance as easy as possible. Also Every time you go into the bank you are greater and made to feel like family.

I have been banking with them for 10 or more years. They have good online features. They have a good app for the phone. I can pay all my bills online with my iPhone. There is no interest on saving and checking.
