We have consistently used Reeder to work on our 2007 Tahoe since purchasing the vehicle in 2011. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are happy with our service. If anything doesn't go as planned, they have offered us other services and compensation to make up for our wait or problems. GREAT customer service!

When you call them up and tell them you want to schedule and oil change, they tell you they don?t schedule those. When I went on a Saturday morning they told me it would be an hour and a half wait. We started going to a different place for everything that isn?t warranty work. I was totally frustrated with them.

They do a real professional job. They do everything what they are supposed to do. I had bought an extended warranty and so the service didn?t cost me anything. I would continue to use them in future.
