My wife and I have just purchased our fourth home. Angie Cody, with Realty
Executives, is the best real estate agent we’ve ever had. After noting the
characteristics we were searching for, Angie showed us multiple properties and
gave us great advice when we needed it most. When Angie had other commitments
her assistant, Linda, was always available to show us homes. Angie even knew
our “forever home” before we did.
Not only did she find a great house in the exact location we wanted, Angie helped
us sell our other house. It was on the market for less than 3 months. Our house
showed several times a week during that period. Angie worked really hard, she
even helped stage the house we sold. When the house was under contract a few
repairs were necessary and Angie called Travis Palatinus with Southeast
Property Services. Repairs were done very quickly, perfectly, and at a very
reasonable rate.
When we first found our home and we had searched for several days for financing and
low rates. Angie suggested Ore Pumariega, with Movement Mortgage, and we closed
in less than 5 weeks. It turned out that Ore was able to get the best mortgage
rate around. He was a pleasure to work with and made the loan application
process bearable.
Angie was able to recommend fantastic people for all our needs throughout the buying
and selling process. She provided personnel for our home inspection, a
contractor for remodeling, and our mortgage consultant. Angie even provided
flooring experts and a locksmith for our new home. Angie and her team and all
that she offers at Reality Executives is truly a full service operation. Angie
is all that anyone could ever ask for in a real estate agent. Best experience
we’ve ever had in buying and selling a house.

Jeff Linginfelter, who is the agent, is absolutely amazing. They're a husband and wife team. I have already gone ahead and spoken with him and got a contract with them. They do a very good job of handling everything. They're very attentive and they do a lot better. Probably the reason I went with them was their online marketing as well as their billboard. The traffic flow through that one area is just amazing and that was part of the package that they provided to me. My daughter had done some work with them in a different area. I actually have been watching them and they have a very high success rate and they're very professional. Whenever the home is purchased, that's when we pay our fee. They did a very thorough analysis of the house for cost comparison. I chose him because of his personal attention as well as his marketing. There's a lot of things that need to be addressed with the house and we're going to put it on the market for someone that's interested in it. The other agents gave me about $10,000-20,000 worth of repairs. But with Jeff, we're taking that off of the sale price and just leaving it as is because the people who are gonna be interested in that house are gonna be looking to turn it. So he saved me several thousands of dollars upfront that may or may not be able to be returned. That's the kind of thing that he was able to do. I can really save the commission fees in what I would have spent doing what the other agents wanted me to do. Whenever I called him to set up a visit, he was right there.
