My husband and I contacted the Maryville office (Betsy Clark) about working with us to find a place to rent and then find a place to purchase. Our plan was to rent to see if we liked the area before buying. This was not something they were not equipped to do, although this is supposed to be a normal expectation for a realtor. So we are trying to find a place to rent on our own. When it comes time to purchase, who needs these people?

They are very prompt and responsive. They were able to handle our request in the weekend. We just listed our house and it had been in market for about eight days before we got the first offer. Our agent was Angie Cody. She did a great job with the pictures and advertising. We have been very happy with her.
