The first company we called, was slow to respond and tried to reschedule the morning they were supposed to deliver. The RC team was professional, kind, honest, on time, and we are very satisfied with the value. They followed up to make sure everything was working right and that we were satisfied with the work and product. That's the way customer service should be. Excellent!

Outstanding service! Came recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. They even fixed errors by a contractor and another mitigation service. Well done and would hire again in a heartbeat.

Showed up on time and was very professional. Explained what needed to be done and if there needed to be any additional suction points how much it was going to cost. Day of the work showed up on time and after initial inspection informed me that an additional suction point was needed to get the best results. By the way the basement was laid out it was not unexpected and I knew ahead of time that it would probably need more than one. Very fair on the price would recommend him to everyone.
