Roger looked over the job the same day of my initial call to him. He suggested a pattern that would use our old tile and new white tile to blend into the surroundings. He gave me a list of things to pick up from Beretta Tile (part of the $125 cost; Beretta doesn't install). He came back the next day to do all the work. The finished job was surprisingly quick, all cleaned up, and is real nice.
