CJ at ProjectWorx did a great job with inspection. The inspection was very thorough, included thermal camera to identify hidden issue. CJ ran all appliances to make sure they work. The report was well written and thoroughly documented with many dozens of photos. I perceived CJ to be very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had during inspection and share the knowledge.

They were very thorough and even looked closely at items we had questions about that they might not normally address or deem worthy of more than just a notation. Our family is preparing to move across country to Tennessee. Making such a large investment in a home from a long distance is very scary. We wanted to find someone who would be our eyes and ears on the ground. Jason’s background as a mechanical engineer was a huge plus. We were impressed by the time he took to listen and communicate with us throughout the inspection process. Jason went above and beyond in professional service. He was very responsive. He took extra pictures, thermal scans of the walls, and took his time. When my wife flew into TN from across the country, he took time to meet with her and explain the results in greater detail. Wow!
