Carpet Installation
on meeting he brought a sample of carpet and we agreed on price to do all rooms with that sample piece; on inspection of installation one room was done with a completely different, much lower quality piece carpet ( the old bait and switch routine). after complaining he didn't want to do anything about it so i haggled and he said he'd do the bathroom vinyl for $75; i paid the original agreed price (my mistake)_ even though there was a lower quality carpet in one room, just to get him out of my sight.
