I thought when they were here that they had done a good job. However, the next day the stains reappeared. They seemed rather rushed and somewhat uninterested in my problem

They steam cleaned my carpet and were very thorough with the cleaning. Also, they cleaned my kitchen tile and grout as well as my recliner sofa. I saw the 1 review of them on Angie's list so I was a little worried about hiring them but a good friend of mine highly recommended them so I figured I would try them out (I did use Stanley Steamer but was tired of getting charged more than quoted). They were on time and went above and beyond cleaning and getting food stains out of my sofa and dining room area. The price I was quoted final price I paid. I will have them back next year to clean. Very satisfied. A+

I would not recommend them as it was a horrible experience. I don't even know if they are still in the business quite frankly. I don't think that they are listed on Angie's List. I will never forget their name. They have a coupon in the phone book and a money back guarantee which I did not honor. It was absolutely the worst experience that I have had. I did not like anything about them. They came out here and were supposed to steam clean my carpet. They told me that it would dry within two hours but it took three days to dry and I had to get a machine to pull the water out of it. They steamed the paint on my baseboards. It was horrible. They would not even return my calls. They did not do anything to fix it and that was no way to run the business. I will never ever call them back again in the future. I don't want them back here for all the money in the world.

We are still trying to reach the listed phone number to offer money back and/or a complimentary service. Matt is a certified Master Cleaner and Prince Carpet Services is licensed and insured. We take customer satisfaction very serious as we are a small family business. We do not quote a 2 hour dry time, we always advise 4-6 hours.
