Overall went well, Troy and Chuck are professional, responsive to issues. It took a little longer than we wanted from getting the estimate to starting the work. Part of the delay was my own fault because I was working around my busy travel schedule and weather delays, but it could have been a little more proactively managed - a couple times I had to call to set schedule dates, but once dates were firmed up, things were pretty much on schedule as promised..
Troy and Chuck were very professional and accessible and great to work with. They subcontracted much of the work and have a couple of crew that did the fence work. We had a few issues on ordering - wrong composite fence color and design changes, but we were satisfied with accommodations to correct these issues.
The crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves and the quality of the work was good.
In regards to the roof, Troy worked with us on the price to meet our budget, he contracted this out. The finishing touches on some of the flashing was unacceptable. We pointed this out to Troy and he ensured the contractor fixed it.
We are planning new work in 2013, we will definitely have Prime Renovations submit a bid for the work.
We could not have been more pleased wih the work that was done. If we have any other work that is needed around our home, we will not hesitate to call on Prime Renovations.
