Price Contracting LLC

After a recent hail storm I spent the better part of a month looking for a contractor in the area that would do a "screw down" style metal roof. After only coming up with a few that would do residential jobs I was referred to Clyde Joines by a co-worker. I contacted Clyde and he was very flexible and worked around my crazy work schedule and came out within 2 days and worked up an estimate. He was not the cheapest, but I had him figure in some other work that the others didn't and needless to say his prices were very competitive. He was more than happy to share all his insurance information with me. I should mention the contractors that were cheaper were a little hesitant to provide all the insurance documentation I asked for. We scheduled a time to install the roof and picked out a color based on some samples he had. After dealing with the rain and my crazy schedule he had the roof on A.S.A.P. after the scheduled date. He and his crew in one day replaced not only my roof but all my gutters and they went around straightening up some of the loose soffits. They actually straightened and tightened up quite a few things from the original roof without "nickel and diming" me to death. He even came back out and reset the satellite dish where it was moved from installing the room. If I had called Dish Network they would have charged me $75 for a service call, he didn't charge me anything. I am probably going to hire them to do some additional remodel work in the near future. Because I have done some construction work myself in the past I can be a pretty tough customer when it comes to having this type of work done, but I can't find one loose end or over looked detail. I'm so glad I was put in touch with Joines Contracting and would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the work wuality was poor and when they showed up, they were very unprofessional. They have no respect for punctuality, i mean they are off by days, not hours. They are always lying about coming and they never lack excuses about why something was not done right or not done at all. The best way to deal with them is to never have them do any work for you.
