The salesman stopped by while doing other homes in the area. He told me about the current special. He then let me take my time and talk with my wife and make a decision. He called back the following day and did not try to pressure me. We had already decided to have the system installed. The technician arrived on time and went about his business installing all the requested security devices. Once completed, he cleaned up, and then trained us on the system. Both my wife and I had the opportunity to try out the control pad before he was satisfied we knew how to operated, then he gave us the operating manual.  I would definitely use PHT for any future upgrades we may make to the system.
