Pest-Ops is a family owned business that believes in legacy, customer care, and service excellence. Simply put, they care that dad worked hard to build a business that stands above the rest by caring for clients and making sure the job is done correctly the first time. I never worry about pests at my home, and more importantly I'm confident that my wife won't have to deal them.

We have a log house and wood garage and wood barn. Pest-Ops have protected use from all pests for over 20 years. All associates are very attentive to our needs.

They are always on time and take care of any problem we have. The person who performs the service is always the same and very nice. He is efficient and is careful when speaking around our dog kennels.

They were good.  Everything went good.  They were pleasant.  They did the job and left.

They provided general pest control and sprayed indoors and outdoors.  They were very conscientious and their products were pet friendly. The provider was courteous and didn't leave a mess for me to clean.

Tech came 9/4/13 and was supposed to spray and dust.  I paid in advance for both services but only the spraying was done in the morning; that afternoon the technician came again and said he was going to spray again- I thought this would be the dusting.  I had talked the day before with the owner of the company and explained the yellow jackets were in a wooden beam that supported a cantilivered deck and that beam ran into the house and I was afraid the yellow jackets would come into the house once they were sprayed.  He said they needed to dust and the yellow jackets would carry it back into the nest and kill them.  The technician didn't dust (a week later he came back to do it and said he didn't have the dust or tool with him the initial visit and that it was a 3-way misunderstanding)  The only misunderstanding was with the technician not doing the job even when I asked the first day when he was going to dust and he evaded the question and said usually two spraying did the job. .  I called on Friday to comlain at the hordes of yellow jackets coming into the kitchen area but was told the manager was out of town and all the technicians were scheduled and it would be Monday before they could come and for me to call back if I still had them.  Yes, I had them!!!  I called Monday but the manager was too busy to talk with me but later that afternoon  the tecnhician came to dust. (Closing the barn door...)  He said if that didn't do it the wood would have to be removed.  I have had at least a 100 yellow yackets every day until this weekend and Sunday I only killed 15.  Yes, I have been stung!!!  On Friday, 9/20/13 I was stung twice at 11 pm sitting in the dark working at the computer.  Yes, I took photos of some of the yellow jackets that were killed one day last week, also of the fluorscent light fixtures that are full of dead yellow jackets.
I got the company off Angies List and I asked the technician about them not being in the yellow pages and he said they changed their name a couple of years ago.  Well, all the neighbors know now about this company and how I got the name.

He was on time and very nice. Price is higher than it was in Nashville. I will use them again.

Pest control services were performed across the house in order to
eliminate a variety of bugs who had made the house a home while it was
vacant, specifically in the kitchen. Services were done and bugs died.
Did not receive a response when follow-up service call was requested via
voice mail.

We were extremely pleased with their service. The process of inspection, installation, payment was painless. We feel we were treated extremely well, and we are happy with this company. We used Angie's list to help us make the right selection.

We've been very happy with them. With our contract with them, even if there are any bugs in between their regular visits they come out and treat the problem free of charge.

I had a problem with carpenter ants. Pest Solutions came out and solved the carpenter ant problem. They also came out quarterly and sprayed for future pest control. They were very friendly and courteous as well as professional. Good job.
