 + -1 moreEverything from start to finish was completely different than any other mortgage experience I have had in the past. Marissa and Margo made sure to be in touch with EVERYONE involved. They helped me raise my credit score with their advice and I was able to get life-long help from their education about how credit scores really affect you down the road. The credit score did not even impact my interest rate - it was an FHA program. They just went the extra mile to educate me so that I was able to make informed decisions about my credit in the future. My loan closed on time, paperwork was spot on, and the information they needed from me (even as a self-employed person) was quick and easy to get. I have recommended to them to friends and family and will continue to do so! Thank you for everything! Your entire office and staff were always smiling and happy.
Description of Work: They performed my original mortgage in December, 2012 and offered me an FHA streamline refinance without me even knowing the product was available! I was blown away at how communicative they were and how quickly they responded to calls, emails, and even texts. They have an office of about 12 employees and it was like everyone was working on my loan.
