Install was awesome. But one of the door a slider has some damage to screen door seal. It has been around 4-5 Months now still not replaced. I have contacted the several time.

It worked out excellent. Very very pleased. They provided guidance as far as what type of door to get. They helped style. They also guided us through the installation and showed us all about it and kept us well informed during the whole process. The scheduling was perfect because when they would schedule it and we agreed on the time of day they were very prompt always on several occasions had to come out and they were helpful in guiding us in what type of materials we needed to have. We got a special glass door. Its our front door so it had to be specially insulated and certain strength you know the door wouldn't break or easily broken into like a burglar or something. We are very pleased.

We thought we've had good service with them so far. They did it when they said. They were prompt on their service. They did it good and cleaned up. They're not cheap but for what service they did, I think it was alright. I don't have any complaints.

It worked out very well. We were very pleased with the job they did. They are not cheap but they have a good product. We were very pleased with what we got. The price was competitive. They were slightly a unique size so it wasn't a stock window and they had to make it which raised the price some. The salesman and workmen were very good. We would go back to them if we needed more windows. We did not go price compare.

If you've ever shopped for windows you know how confusing it can be. There are many styles and types out there to research, and some of the details can be difficult to understand at first. Not to mention, there is a ton of information out there on the internet, and not all of it is completely factual (imagine!).
We initially saw the company at a home show and talked with Adam, the manager. He was very knowledgeable, but not high pressure. We thought the windows were well made and attractive, so we set up a time sit down with one of their reps (Aaron) in our home to discuss our situation.
Aaron did a great job explaining the different options to us. He was a wealth of information, but not pushy. He gave us a detailed, written estimate when he was finished. We then continued our research and talked with quite a few different window companies. After many, many, MANY hours of research, talking with reps, getting prices, etc, we finally decided on Pella. I think we met with Aaron 3 times before we settled on a company, and he was always informative, patient, and respectful. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
The windows took three weeks to come in. The workers were very professional and skilled. You could tell they had done this a few times. They were able to address any questions or concerns we had. The were careful during the installation process not to damage either the windows or our house and its possessions. They did and excellent job of cleaning up after.
Pella also was able to offer some attractive financing options, something few of the other companies were able to do.
Overall, I would positively rate my experience with Pella, and would highly recommend them for window installation.

I really like the quality of the windows. Each time the installers did a good job and cleaned up well. They did exactly what they said they would do and we are pleased with the service.

Their product is the best in the country and they have a great reputation. Each time they sent different installers and they all did a very good job. The windows were sealed properly and have saved us a lot of money on our energy bill. They offer really good deals throughout the year and ways to apply for a zero interest loan. Once we replaced the windows in our sun room and received a deal for six windows for the price of five. I am pleased with their service.

They were very professional and did a great job. They were clean and it took them about half the day to complete the work. Another provider said it could not be done, but Pella did it for us. We were pleased with the service.
