Paul Davis Restoration

The Paul Davis (PD) experience was appauling.  I have never been seen such a lack of attention  to detail and customer service.  What should have been a 1 month repair turned into eleven months of pure h*** and total disaster.  PD failed to perform what should have been obvious....secure the big hole in the roof!  But they didn't, which caused several thousand dollars more in additional and unneeded wooden floor replacement.  They also tried to replace the carpet with a lesser grade carpet.  They were however successful in shorting the carpet which caused incredibly ugly seems throughout.  As for their managers...The main supervisor was not only unprofessional he also and lacked candor and integrity.  He was physically confrontational and at one point attempted to take (steal) the salvageable wooden material left on site (he only unloaded his personal truck after I threatened to  call the police) .  Unforntunately, however, the copper materials (gutters and valleys) were taken before I could prevent  their disappearance

In summary, a very very bad company filled with folks with little to no personal and professional integrity.  I will never us them again.

I was very pleased with Paul Davis. In all actuality, I wound up hiring them for another remodeling job in my home after they had done such a good job on my wash room! They are very easy to work with, and their prices are fair. I was pleased with their communication and how they treated me as a customer.
