She is conscientious and gave me time. She covered things I didn't even think about and informed me of everything I needed. She was always there if I had any question.

Pat was great. We had decided to retire here without really knowing the area, so all we could tell her was we wanted to live near Knoxville and here are the requirements for the house, property and neighborhood.
Trust her, she knows the area, the houses, the business and she'll know you pretty quick. I had insisted on seeing some houses against her advise. Pat was right, we just wasted our time.
