This was a terrible experience. They didn't finish the job and it wasn't good to start with. Also, they had damaged items including my small shower down stairs and my bed because they didn't use plastic or lay any paint tape around wall. They denied the damages to the carpet and the shower. These additional damages took more money out of my pocket. Also, they didn't provide any information on their insurance which was very frustrating. I, personally, did the second coat of paint to finish the job. They said they did, but they didn't. It was very to easy to tell. I would not recommend P&R serivces to anyone. The entire project took over one month and a half. Just beware of this company.

My overall experience with them was good. I would rate them highly. I would recommend them to other members too. I would use them again in the future.

Competitive price & initially did a good job -showed up when scheduled. Roy followed the basic timeline that was given although he said they may need to start another job in Nashville before they finished mine.I had to insist that our job be completed before they started another job due to my wife's health issues. I called in June 2011 to ask to have some areas fixed that would be covered  before his  written "Warranty/Policies" one (1) year guarantee written on the contract expired. Roy said he would call me back the next day. I waited 2 weeks - no return call. I then emailed him - again no response. Would not recommend this company if the exact promised project completion date is not met or if followup (a.k.a. "warranty") issues are a concern.

Rushed job...have had to redo most areas of a 1400 square foot condo.  Not responsive to correcting mistakes.

We got a quick quote from Roy who said he could schedule us a month later which he did.  The quality of the work was good but not completed as quickly after starting as I had asked or as Roy had said.  We needed to complete the job as soon as possible after it was begun but there were a number of delays that stretched the job from an estimated 3 days to more than 2 weeks.  Otherwise no complaints and no surprises in the very good price.  I would make the overall grade A- if I could.

Roy and his assistant were very friendly good people.  They did a tremendous job and worked as quickly as they could to get it done.  I had no issues with them except my patio furniture was too close and got paint spray on it but I should've known to move it and they should've reminded me so we'll call that one even. :)

I would definitely hire them again.  They were extremely reasonable, called me when he said he would, started work when he said he would and finished as fast as they could, due to weather.

When we went to P&R, we were in a complete time crunch. We needed the painting done quickly - but not sloppily, and P&R really delivered. They estimated that it would take them five days - but they did it in four. Thus far, they have been the only service providers we've worked with who not only met their own deadline but actually beat it. And for us this made all the difference. Roy was easy to work with from start to finish. Very professional and courteous. And even though he ended up having to do some extra work he didn't charge us any more than the original estimate. We would more than happily recommend P&R to anyone in need of professional interior painters.

Roy was great to work with. He is always polite and calls me by my sir name, even when I said it was alright to call me by my first name. He and his helper were always considerate in ensuring that they left the home as clean as possible between visits: not always possible due to the nature of the work being done.
