This gentleman did a very fine job. He knew exactly how to twist and turn the key to get it out. He did it very quickly as he came in, got it out, and left. He was professional, polite, and very reputable. The company has been in business for forty years. I would highly recommend them. Another company came out, but they couldn't get the key to budge.
